With the continuous improvement of the computer technology and oil field development technology, horizontal wells modeling and numerical simulation technology have become important technical means to optimize horizontal wells designing, while the integrated technology of reservoir geological modeling and numerical simulation can improve work efficiency apparently. In this paper, on the basis of the full collection of geological information in the horizontal wells study area of North-two-West reservoir, using stochastic modeling method the fine model of lithology, permeability and water saturation in the study area were established by the Petrel geological modeling software. Then the fine geological model was upscaled, coarsening process well preserved sandwich information, whose thickness was more than 0.2m. According to structural characteristics and detailed description of the study area, the preliminary designing of a horizontal well trajectory was accomplished in the use of the Petrel software.With the history matching by ECLIPSE numerical simulation software, permeability, geological information of the upscaled model were amended, which included permeability, porosity, water saturation and so on. The indicators of development dynamic characteristics include geological reserves in the study area, water content, pressure and cumulative oil production volume of the area and the wells.History matching accuracy were met, and then the location, the perforation locations and the capacity of the horizontal well were designed optimally, which obtained the optimal level of the well location, the perforation locations and the initial capacity through numerical simulation method. At the same time, in order to cope with the production of horizontal wells, two direct-injection wells were designed, and their spacing and location were also determined. The use of research methods and results of the adjustment program in this Paper provide a reliable basis on the development of reservoir development, and can be a reference for horizontal wells designing of other fields.
