Gravity field distribution can comprehensively reflect various geological bodies, the depth, fluctuation and density of physical properties interface can be obtained with measured gravity data. Potential field data processing technology is the basis of geological interpretation, the accuracy and resolution of gravity and magnetic data improve gradually with the gradually raised detecting instrument capability in recent years, so effective utilization of these measured data is an important issue.In this paper, the interpretation of gravity is first applied to treat and explain the gravity measured data in Jiurui ore concentration area and separate residual abnormal field. derivative plots has been extended in different height and direction to extract structure line.A fault structure map of Jiurui area has been obtained by comprehensive analysis of gravity anomaly field characteristics and other combined with geology data. It is proved that the copper-gold deposit is controlled by grid fault and the existence of changjiang deep fault is ture. Three corresponding mineral and fracture diagram is isolated from NEE, NW, NNW, NE directions.NW fault has more significant control effect on mineral compared to others faults. So faults is one of the most important controlling mineral factors in this area. Finally, fractal characteristics of typical deposit of Jiurui ore district is used to confirm the relation of fractal dimension and fracture mineralization. The size of the faults fractal dimension may reflect the complexity and size of the fracture, the larger fault scale, the more fractal dimension, the stronger the activity of faults, so the more favorable ore-forming elements activation and ore fluid migration and accumulation. The research of faults will be of great signification to find ore deposits.
