With the rapid development of electronic technology, especially with the semiconductor and integrated circuit technology advances, electronic products increasingly to light, thin, small, high-density, multi-functional, and other aspects of development, mobile user terminals as a leader in electronic products, their development speed are even more alarming. At the same time, as the technology advances, and the degree of integration increases, the electronic devices has been increasingly sensitive to static electricity, and the risk of electrostatic damage to mobile user terminals has been also increased. In addition, since the mobile user terminals are inseparable from the human body in the entire production and using process, and the human body as a major eletrostatic source, the electrostatic potential could be up to 72kV, therefore mobile user terminals in their life cycle are in a static environment, from this point of view, mobile user terminals are vulnerable to static interference or damage. Therefore, the mobile user terminals'electrostatic analysis, and injury prevention research is important.At present, the study to mobile user terminals'electrostatic protection has been focused on the terminals'structure and their internal circuit improvements, the specific measures such as: the shell structure of terminal improvements, increasing shielding layer, a reasonable PCB layout, selecting the integrated circuit chip that with optional electrostatic protection, and so on. From the above, we can see that these protective measures, they simply considered the issue of anti-static system from the terminals only, but not from the mobile user terminals where the whole environment. From the electromagnetic compatibility point of view, a good electrostatic protective design, it should be taking into account of controlling the electrostatic sources, cutting off interference channels and protecting jammed equipments. This paper combined with the mobile user terminals'immunity of electrostatic discharge testing, studied the electrostatic injury model. The main work and achievements are as follows:1. Analysed the law of electrostatic generation from the perspective of the mobile user terminals'materials, and clarified that the electrostatic discharge mainly influenced the terminals'through radiation and conduction ways from the perspective of ESD;2. Designed mobile user terminals'circuit damage models with two discharge mode, used Pspice circuit simulation software to analyse these two circuit damage models with Transient analysis and Parametric analysis, and achieved the electrostatic discharge current waveforms in various circumstances;3. Designed the anti-static system project to the mobile user terminals'electrostatic, including: hardware and software anti-static design for the mobile user terminals, protection steps for the common users'and mantenance staff's static electricity, and the anti-static protection measure from the perspective of materials.
