Pteridophytes have a longer evolutionary history and have endure dgreater losses of phylogenetical information than spermatophytes. Therefore, reconstructing the evolutionary history of pteridophytes has been a challenge to systematists. Recently, combined molecular and morphological studies confirm the systematic positions of some lineages of pteridophytes. The emergence of early pteridophyte was traced back more than 400 million years ago, but many taxa lacked fossil records. So, questions remain unsolved regarding the origin timeand pattern of pteridophyte and the internal phylogeny of its members. It is suggested that future studies of the origin and evolution of pteridophytes place emphasis on synthetic analysis of morphology, stratigraphic sequences, andmulti-genesystematics.To explore the taxonomy of pteridophytes, this study collected from Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing 27 Species of this study, using SRAP molecular markers for these 27 species of pteridophytes PCR amplification of taxonomy, performing clustering analysis. The results showed that the experimental use 24 pairs of M/E primer combinations, using the UPGMA method polymorphic cluster analysis. The results showed that:the method of SRAP molecular markers for the species of pteridophytes taxonomy is different from some of the traditional taxonomy of pteridophytes, there are some differences between them, but the difference is very small. The results for the molecular marker technology to provide a theoretical basis for plant taxonomy.
