Working resistance and supporting height of hydraulic support which works as a major underground supporting equipment in the coal mining industry, rises continuously with the development of modern coal integrated mining technology. Safety valve plays as one of the key controlling components in the hydraulic support, and it's technical index has been getting inaugurated continuously.The generally research is based on the newly developed valve—FAD3000/50 by ZMJ Group,which possesses ultra-high pressure and large flow rate.The structure and operating principle of valve and it's practical system was introduced detailedly.Theoretic analysis and emulational study were done to the system.And then the main parameters which influence the valve's dynamic capability were analyzed,including pressure regulating spring rate and superposition distance between valve plug and valve plug's ineria and so on. Some significant conclusions were reached for structure optimizing in future via analyzing these influencing actors. Finally behavior experiment method of high pressure large flux safety valve under the limited condition was discussed.The studying system was determined by analyzing the application system of safety valve,and the mathematic model of studying system was founded by using of bond graph.The mathematical model was solved by adopting the Fourth-Order Runge-Kutta, and then simulation model of studying system was drawn up.The flow coefficient and other corralative parameters were obtained by structure coMParability between FAD3000/50 and FAD160/40,and simulation model was validated via method of analogism and similitude.Performance testing standard of large flux safety valve was made by analyzing the industry testing standard about safety valve with small flow-rate and inserted valve with large flow-rate.And performance testing method,whose process is spreading small flow-rate to large flow-rate,was brought forward according to the current testing condition of ZMJ Group.The conclusions drawned up by the thesis provides academic foundation for application and behavior optimization in future.
