With the development of the technology of hydraulic support which plays an important role in coal integrated mining equipments and the increasing demand of its working resistance and height, the demand of safety of the system of hydraulic support rises fast. Improving the Sensitivity,Stability and Dynamic Properties of the relief valve in the system became an important problem which attracts many Researchers'attention.According to the structure of a new FAD160/40 relief valve which is developed by ZMG, in the paper the author analyzed its Hydraulic Dynamics a real application system, then constructed its simulation model so as to get a class of differential equations, finally solved those differential equations by using Fourth-order Runge-kuta Algorithm.After this, the author did experiment to verify the previous simulation model, and drew some conclusions.By researching and analyzing the dynamic properties of the new relief valve, the author aims to provide a basis for optimizing its structure and improving its performance and provide experience and approach for other researchers while developing a bigger flux relief valve or innovating the technology of coal mining equipment.
