Energy saving, environmental health, to continue development is the theme of world economic development. Storage air conditioning system can adjust the peak power load,and it is energy efficient, so more and more common. Storage tank completes with storage air conditioning system, its demand is also increasing. Central heat pump water heater due to the use of solar energy and air source as the heat source, application of the rapid growth in recent years, combined with matching stainless steel hot water tank is very optimistic about the market. Although the market portfolio on the growing demand for stainless steel water tanks template, but conventional methods process to the stainless steel water tanks template is not very efficient, and efficiency is poor.If able to develop a hydraulic equipment to process the stainless steel water tanks template and it is more efficient, able to recover the investment cost of one to two years, the enterprise will bring better economic benefits.This paper researches on a hydraulic machine for modular template of square stainless steel water tank.This paper aims at the features of the stainless steel water tank template processing technology, applied mechanics and simulation software, designs the required hydraulic press and die, prototype development and application of research results.By analyzing the force borne in the workpiece to determine the nominal pressure of hydraulic machines. Through the hydraulic load and movement analysis to determine the basic scheme of hydraulic system and main parameters of the hydraulic machine.In this paper, through the hydraulic body, workstations and other structural stress analysis, design and calculation, and proper optimization, to determine the structure of the hydraulic machine, and verified by simulation solidworks, and analysis the fatigue performance of the body .This paper also analysis on the manufacturing process of the hydraulic equipment and designs the stamping dies.This paper based on the conclusion of above analysis and design, prototypes a hydraulic machine and the corresponding mold, and used for actual production.Through analysis the application effect come to a conclusion that applies the hydraulic equipment new design in this paper can be added 3.5% benefit than existing conventional equipment ,and is better in safety and convenience, better in processing quality and equipment life, better in economic, and higher security of investments.
