| The 21st century is computers,mobile phones,microwave ovens,Bluetooth technology,wireless networks and etc. communications equipments and electronic equipments high-speed development period,also the electromagnetic radiation pollution is serious in this century. Electromagnetic radiation can not be seen or touched and greatly harm to the human body's organ function, knowned as a human "invisible killer".So that the textile fabric which has a function of anti-electromagnetic-radiation become a necessary and be one of the current functional studies about new textile fabrics research hotspots. At the same time from the consumers'actual demand of the fabric,multi-functional fabric has become their pursuit of goal. Studing not only with anti-electromagnetic-radiation but also has a variety of other functional and wearing comfortableness fabric,is the need of current research and development and new types of fabrics urgently.Studing in this area have important academic significance and practical application value.In this paper,analysed several factors which mainly influenced the anti-electromagnetic- radiation of fabrics,by studying on the basic theory of electromagnetic and its shielding theory, using of the model of wire mesh structure theory and integrate them with the fact of the fabrics. Discovered that the skin-core structure made silver fiber not only has similar mechanical properties of polyester, but also has good electric conductivity which better than graphite, after testing its physical properties. And it offered a good material for design soft and comfortable shielding electromagnetic wave fabrics.Through theoretical analysis , fiber raw material composition and fabric weave structure design,trial manufactured a series of fabrics and tested its properties of anti-electromagnetic-radiation,antistatic and anti-bacteria properties.Research shows that the anti-electromagnetic-radiation fabric properties increases with the silver-plated fiber content increases (or mesh holes'size decrease).Fabric anti-electromagnetic -radiation decreased slightly with the increasing in number of weaving cycle. When Silver-plated fibers evenly distributed in double-layer weave or backed weave of the layers and overlap,the anti-electromagnetic-radiation properties of fabric degradation.Using automatic washing machine washing 10times,20times,the anti-electromagnetic-radiation properties degradation.Test analysis showed that the antistatic performance greatly strengthened when silver-plated fibers embedded in the fabric;Fabrics'antistatic properties increase with the silver-plated fiber content increased. The content of Silver-Plated fibers reach 65.8%,the fabric antistatic property meats first-class standards of microelectronic industry. At same percent of silver-plated fibers,the silver-plated fibers distribution by network fabric antistatic property is better than weft parrel distribution.With fabric weaving cycle increasing,antistatic properties decrease.In different face of weave,silver-plated fibers exposed more in one side antistatic property is better than the silver-plated fibers exposed less side. Weft double,weft triple, double-layer weave silver-plated fibers on the surface and the inner layer,the antistatic performance is better. Silver-plated fibers evenly distributed in each layer,the positive and back face antistatic properties nearly. Silver-plated fibers distributed in the middle layer,antistatic performance worse than other distributions.Through anti-bacterial properties of the fabric test,result showed that the inhibitory of fabric increase when silver-plated fiber content increased.When the silver fiber content reached 8.3%,inhibitory rate more than 96%. Silver fiber content reached 11.99% above,inhibitory rate is to achieve over 99%.Base on above-mentioned anti-electromagnetic-radiation fabric functional test and the analysis for the market of anti-electromagnetic-radiation garment suit a single,generally rigid handle is difficult to satisfy the needs of consumers'actual situation,according to the findings of the previous two have been developed multiple functions of the anti-electromagnetic-radiation jacquard pattern fabric,tests show that anti-electromagnetic-radiation shielding efficiency reached 99.9%;half-life of antistatic,respectively reached "The properties and the test methods for antistatic silk-like fabric of synthetic filament in electronic industry" one and two requirements;Bacteriostasis rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 99.9%. |
