40t.m hydraulic drive system for hydraulic hammers more mature theory, in practice also achieved some success, but there are some problems. This paper introduces the liquid air hammer and the control valve works; then for 40t.m fluid hammers hydraulic drive system for the dynamic characteristics, and use power bond graph approach to the solution of hydraulic systems and pneumatic hammer blow process modeling and simulation, analysis of the hydraulic system and the relationship between the hammer displacement; throttle opening amount of the electro-hydraulic hammer blow to the dynamic nature of the process; main control valve opening degree of the combat action impact; change to combat inflation pressure effects on the action. And the use of liquid air hammer on the hammer ANSYS finite element analysis of rod, bar hammer to find the weak link, and then hammer rod to reform; Finally, the working principle of hydraulic hammers and failure mode, a mechanical anti- drop hammer device, and through the establishment of three-dimensional virtual model of the device, right-preventing hammer device displacement, velocity and acceleration of the simulation, simulation results prove the mechanism design is reasonable, to prevent the production drop hammer device design provides basis.
