| With the increasingly widespread application of gold leaf,the demand for gold leaf is increasing.The traditional way for making gold foil is depend on handcraft,it has the characteristic of insecurity,high labor intensity,low productivity,unstable product quality and other issues.Although there are some types of conventional gold foil making machines,their hitting force can not be adjusted.At the same time a machine can only hit a bag of gold and it also with low efficiency.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,we designed a multi-station hydraulic automatic machine for gold foil making.First,we design the automatic playing foil machine structure and working principle are described in detail: compared to other playing foil machine,the automatic playing foil machine capable of hitting power,frequency control,and simultaneously hitting two bags gold.The wave mechanics equations of the hydraulic hammer for impact on visco-elastic or visco-plastic workpiece were deduced,and the displacement(settlement)and velocity functions in two different situations were also obtained using wave dynamics theory.We understand the impact of various parameters on the displacement,velocity.Established in AMESim hydraulic feed system,the shortcomings and for the hydraulic system,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm to control.Then,using MATLAB /Simulink and AMESim software feed system co-simulation,the simulation results that: Fuzzy self-tuning PID control with respect to the feeding system of conventional PID control,its response is faster,better steady,solved usually feed system response is slow,steady is poor.At the same time hydraulic hammer system simulation analysis results show that: at the same frequency,with greater nitrogen pressure,the speed and impact energy of the stroke became higher.When the nitrogen pressure was the same,with increased frequency,the stroke speed reduced.And when a hydraulic hammer hit frequency of 5Hz,when the nitrogen pressure is16 bar,maximum impact velocity,the maximum impact force.Finally,the stress and strain of hydraulic hammer’s piston,three drill rod and the foil bag during collision were analysed using explicit dynamics method in the ANSYS Workbench.When the piston hit the draw drill rod,the piston and three kinds of drill rod weren’t to reach the yield limit of stress,both of which occur elastic deformation without plastic deformation;considering hitting range of three kinds of drill rod,gold foil settlement and other factors,obtain the conclusions that ball radius of 75 mm drill rod when hit gold foil,which hit better than the other two drill rod. |
