High-speed offset press gripper is one of the core unit. It transfers paper from the feeding system to printing sytem, through which reciprocating the paper to accelerate press from static to high speed, and under high-speed it transfers paper to next unit. It is the key part of press. Therefore, the stability of its work related to the press accuracy.At present, many presses are obtained through imitation. The kinematic condition is not satisfactory. This paper, take imitated models as an example, research the instability of feeding system, analyze and find the original gripper agencies defects. According to the cam follower of the movement which used to select the appropriate law of motion. Not only re-designed a new cam profile but also made the newly designed paper delivery device as simulated gripper. To ensure delivery of the new gripper has a good dental institutions for dynamic performance, this paper analysis of the the new dental unit gripper under static and dynamic theory. In order to study high-speed state gripper quality and machine speed deviation of gripper displacement, this paper study the strcture of gripper under dynamic theory.
