Online Casting Quality Control System

In this paper, the Casting Quality Control is considered as the main subject and research on two aspects:Software monitoring and Closed-loop control algorithm. In terms of software, the code is completed and debugged, the system has the function of curve display, curve parameter display and alarm. In the terms of Closed-loop control algorithm, the model of control circuit is built and several different control algorithms is analyzed and simulated.In chapter 1, some aspects of the die casting machine is introduced firstly, such as the quality control and the development. Then, the research background, significance, contents and means of the project are explicated.In chapter 2, the hardware system and the software system of the quality control system is studied, then the plan of the hardware system is determined and the code of the software is completed and debugged.In chapter3, the model of the speed control circuit is built. Based on this model, several different control algorithms is analyzed and simulated.In chapter4, the quality control method based on statistic analysis is studied, using the data collected from the actual die casting.In chapter5, all of achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work, which will be done in future, is put forward.
