The trend of offshore oil development in the overall is towards the deep-sea. In the field of developing deep-sea oil fields, our country is still in its infancy and faces very serious challenges on both the technology and equipment. Oil-water hydrocyclone is one of the most important equipment in the final stage of underwater production system.. In this paper, research and analysis of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone device, narrow the gap between our country and abroad in the oil-water separation field. CFD software was applied to simulate the influence of the structural parameters on separation efficiency, and optimized proposed structure.by orthogonal experiment. At the same time found out the primary and secondary factors over separation index by orthogonal experiments. And explored the influence of the inlet pressure, rotational speed and other operating parameters on the separation efficiency.
