Material forming technology develops faster with the swift and violent development of material science and technology. Die casting process has garnered particular attention and been utilized in many modern industries, such as auto, aviation, electrical appliances, communication equipments, medical apparatus and instruments and daily-use products as an important means to manufacture the major parts because of its unique technical character and economical benefit. Promoted by the rising new die casting process, many industries countries invest large material and human resource into the innovative mechanical structure. But at home, we still use the traditional form——toggle crank mechanism.On the basis of referring to the technical documents and by the assistance of technical engineer, an innovative type of fully hydraulic locking mechanism is presented, which has the following traits:1,Working performance is good and stable;2,Being adept to wide utilizations.While the major mechanical structure system is designed, we put the emphasis on the key technology research.Firstly, on basis of the wide discussion, a new reasonable technical route is settled. Secondly, six feasible mechanical structure schemes are putted forward according to the technical routes. Thirdly, initial geometric dimensioning is design, which acts as the proof of the following CAE analysis. Fourthly, on the basis of the analysis results, the initial geometric dimensioning is corrected to be more reasonable. Finally, the ultimate structure and dimension are determined and the engineering drawing is output.
