Now the domestic manufacturing industry has been rapid development, the manufacturing industry is gradually walking into the advanced level in china, has become the world’s “production baseâ€. However, the domestic manufacturing industry has a low productivity, it is gradually becoming an obstacle to manufacturing industry development in our country. Along with the development of the machinery and equipment industry, machine tools has become the theme of the manufacturing. Five-axis linkage machine tool is a kind of high technology content, high precision and specially used in machining complex curved-surface, is regarded as a major tool of a key component machined in manufacturing industry. Three linear axes and two rotary(or swing) axes are usually constituted a Five-axis machine tools.Five-axis linkage machine tool used in machining parts with complex curved- surfaces, the rotating feed shaft not only be able to achieve multi-angle processing continuously,but also to complete specific direction and angle, therefore, the fuction of dividing and locking is needed. So puts forward the hydraulic locking sleeve can be solved the weakness that consist of the difficult of assemble and disassemble locking mechanism, slowly locking speed, inaccurate locking position, higher demand for operators and so on.Hydraulic locking sleeve has engendered in greater elastic deformation under the action of pressure load, Greater friction torque engendered between the sleeve and the shaft contact surface, thereby the shaft has been locked accurately and quickly. Locking torque is a important parameter in hydraulic locking sleeve research, there are so many factors directly affect the size of the locking torque,such as the effective length, diameter, wall thickness, sleeve and small clearance between the sleeve and the shaft. On the basis of checking the related information in this paper, firstly the simulation analysis was carried out the sleeve by using the method of finite element, getting the simulation data under different paramaters; secondly according to the no momental theory of cylindrical shell, the locking torque theoretical calculation formula was deduced, getting the theoretical value of locking torque; finally using imported tin bronze worked out the different parameters of hydranlic locking sleeve sample, experiments have been analysed on the independet design experiment platform, getting a series of experiment data.Through the experiment concluded that the three data showed consistency, data deviation less than 5%, the study illustrated the reliability of the hydraulic locking sleeve designed and can be refered to the hydraulic locking sleeve used in five-axis linkage machine tools. |
