Cement is a very important raw materials of state economy, Guangxi zhuang autonomous region has the favorable raw and semi finished materials condition for development cement industry, this makes cement industry become;one of Guangxi's four pillar industry cement industry has making a great contribution for Gungxi's economic development and social progress. Technology of cement process, we can simply summary as 'two grinding and one kiln', among these technology, cement grinding have great influence on the energy consume of cement process and the properties of cement. Therefore more and more technician and scholar are attracted by this subject. This paper access from two aspects of the cement grinding technology, focus on the effect of different grinding time and grinding different kinds of cement on cement properties, the major work we have done are list below: 1.The physical properties of rotary kiln cement have been test and the influence of the particle size distribution on the strength of rotary kiln cement is studied with relativity analysis of gray system. The results shows that the <5um particle has significant effect on 3 day's strength and the particle which range from 5 to 3Oum also has significant effect iii on 28 day's strength. The more partic1e of cement which rangeis from 0 to 30um, the higher strength and the better b1eedingof cement would be. The furthermore grinding can improveobvious1y the cement physica1 and usi ng properties.2. The experiments are made on the cement inc1-Llding rot;tryki ln ceInent, sha1t kiIn cement and n1ixed cement respectivclyabout their propert ies \ the part ic 1e d istr i but ion and hydraul icex()thermic rati o. The resu1ts sh()w that when the gr1nding o1'the shaft ki1n clinker and rotary ki1n cIinker is mixed, thec1 inker is easier to grind, the b1eeding is improved ohvious1yand the partic1e distribution is more reasonable. Besides thestrength, especial ly the 3--day's compressive strength andbending strength is also improved. It does not the simp1e pl usof these kinds cements' strength, but sh()w the strength ro1e.The exothermic va1ue and exothermic ratio of mixed grinding isbetween these two kinds c1inker, the best mixed ratio of rotaryki1n cement and shaft kiln cement is three to one.
