The mineralogical features of Industrial solid wastes and it'sutilizationTaking De Yang phosphogypsum. steel slag, Mian Yang chromic slag asexampleAbstract The paper makes use of multifold testing and analytical measure (such as X-ray diffraction analysis-. complete chemical analysis-. scanning electric microscope i?梕nergy chart instrument)to research phosphogypsum-. steel slag and chromic slag.Their crystal structure-, chemical compositions form and deleterious microelement are gained.On the base of former researchful result,the author advanced reasonable ways of utilizing them.De Yang phosphogypsum appears granular fibrous and plumose in polarimicroscope.It consists of granular gypsum. massive gypsum recrystallized from granular gypsum and fibrous~ plumose gypsum.Recrystallized gypsum and a bit of quartz are main mineral composition.Fluorid and P205 hinder that phosphogypsum replaces natural gypsum. De yang phosphogypsum includes tiny P~. F(P205 is 0.27%, solubleP2Os is 0.25%).By simple disposal,the content of P-. F will decrease so greatly as to achieve acquirement.At the same time the radioactivity level of De Yang phosphogypsum is certified.In result, De Yang phosphogypsum is fit for cement etc timbering industries.S Ca abound in phosphogypsum,and P can be helpful in some occasion.So phosphogypsum can be used in agriculture.Observing De Yang steel slag in polarimicroscope,strip skeletal crystal appears from outer to inner and a number of massive crystal exist inside .The result relates with cooling process.As De Yang steel slag is quenched fastly,only surface is qenched suddenly,but inside gets cool slowly out of doors.Hence tiny crystal or glass phase are formed in surface,but massive idiomorphic crystal is formed in inner. P ?CaO 5i02 3CaO SiO2 spinel RO phase magnesian rhodonite periclase and glass phase are main mineral composition.2CaO Si02 and 3CaO Si02 are vivid mineral which have hydrorigid jellied nature. De Yang steel slag抯 alkalinity is 2.17% more than I .8%,and has f桟aO of 2.17% less than 5%.It can be available to steel slag cement by staling and magnetic choosing.Since S P in De Yang steel slag are low,it affect steel quality faintly,which make it capable of be reused in metallurgy.High water-solubility and surficial sorption of steel slag are effective to eliminate phosphate in sewage.Observing Mian Yang chromic slag in polarimicroscope,there are plentiful small crystal and much glass phase because Chromic slag is waterishlogged slag which is quenched rapidly and adequately. P 桟2S-. 4CaO 旳l203 ?Fe203-. MgO chromium-iron spinel.. calcite~. glass phase are main mineral composition.Chromic slag has rich Ca Mg~ Si~. Al. Fe etc elements,fl.irthermore antidotal Cr can be also beneficial element.Chromic slag will be detoxicated in high temperature and reductive atmosphere of cement stove,and Mian Yang chromic slag has low Cr and qualified radioactivity level,so it can be applied in cement etc. timbering industries. Mian Yang Chromicslag are utilized to produce microcrystalline glass and glass colorant. Mian Yang chromic slag contains plenty of CaO~ MgO~ Fe203 which is similar to puddling sintering agent. Mian Yang chromic slag is baked and soaked clinker whose physical properties (granularity~ mucosity) are also fit for sinter flux.Chromic slag can substitute serpentine for the flux to produce ccalciummagnesia phosphate fertilizer,which deoxidizes Cr to Cr or chromium,then Cr enters phosphate fertilizer and chromium is enriched in chromium-nickel-iron alloy.At last, chromic slag is detoxifcated,and calcium oxide~. magnesia and silicon dioxide are be utilized as well.
