In this paper, we have studied the equilibrium solubility of CsCl-HCl-H2O ternary system at -15癈 and -24 癈 using the low-temperature and constant-temperature installation. In CsCl-HCl-HjO ternary system, on the one hand, with increasing of the hydrogen chloride gas, the system that required the quantities of cesium chloride to attain saturation is gradually decreasing, on the other hand, the quantities of solid cesium chloride separated out from the system are gradually increasing. As a result, we can use the temperature-effect to study the equilibrium solubility and phase diagrams of the CsCl-HCl-H^O ternary system at the low-temperature circumstances. The aim of this study is to make use of identity ion salting-out effect to separate out more solid cesium chloride in order to improve the productivity and purity of the cesium chloride product.we have used a semi micro installation to study equilibrium solubility of cesium-fatty alcohol (ROH; R=CH3? C2H5~^ CsH;? 梬ater ternary system and its relationship. There are only two phases, water phase and solid phase in CsCl-CH3OH-H20 ternary system at 20 癈 , 30 癈 and 50 癈 .However, in CsCl-C2H5OH-H2O ternary system at 30癈 a new phenomena occurred, the sample of CjHjOH I H2O=1 I 1 ( the proportion of volume ) appeared three phases, ethanol(light)phase, water(heavy)phase and solid phase while it is still has two phases at 20 癈. There also have different proportion alcohol-water component solvent occurred demixing at 40 癈\ 50癈 and 60癈. The samples of C2H5OH I H2O=4 : 6,5 I 5,6 I 4 and 7 : 3 occurred demixing at 40癈.The samples of C2H5OH : H2O=3 I 7,4 : 6,5 : 5,6 I 4 and 7 '. 3 occurred demixing at 50 癈.From the conclusion, with increasing of the temperature, the range of demixing is gradually increasing, however, when temperatureis going up to a certain extent, the range of demixing is no more change. In CsCl-C3H7OH-H20 ternary at 20 癈 and 40 癈, no matter propanol and water is what proportion, the CsCl-CsHvOH-HaO ternary system has appeared three phases, ethanol(light) phase, water(heavy) phase and solid phase. By means of phase diagrams, we have defined the solid phase of those three ternary systems just discussed is anhydrous CsCl.In addition, we not only have founded the demixing critical temperature of CsCl-CaHsOH-HaO ternary system is 29.50 癈 ,but also obtained the demixing composition of the unsaturated CsCl-CiHjOH-tkO ternary system at 40 癈,cesium chloride: 38.00%, ethanol: 26.50%. The mechanism formed the separated layers in such ternary system has been suggested.
