Spindly shaft facade finishing machining is always a difficult problem because of its negative characters, stainless steel spindly shaft not only have the character of common spindly shaft, but also have its own characters, such as low carbon containing, lower toughness, bad cutting capability. These make the stainless steel spindly shaft even more difficult to be machined. Rolling method is a high effective facade finishing machining method. It can improve the fa9ade rigidity, fatigue intensity and smooth degree of the work pieces. In this dissertation we adopted the rolling method to machine the stainless steel spindly shaft, overcomed the negative characters of spindly shaft, and the proportion of spindly shaft's diameter and height is no longer constrained by ite negetive characters. Makes it possible to machining the spindly shaft in high speed and effectively. In the process of rolling, the movement of rolling sets decide the rolling pressure, the deformation of the spindly shaft and consequently the rolling quality. With the ANSYS analysis software, we can set the movement of the rolling sets and the rolling pressure, and it can display the stress status of the spindly shaft during its rolling process. In this dissertation we studied the moving of the rolling sets in detail, and simulated the rolling process with the ANSYS software combined with the theory of rolling, defined the range of rolling pressure. Also analysis the parameters of the rolling machine, and analysis the stress status change of the spindly shaft during its rolling process with the finite element method. All these works make a basic for the practical producing. Finally we analysis the spindly shaft's capability change theorily. On the basic of theory analysis and caculating, we adjusted the temple and achieved the expective effect.
