Bar is produced by rolling pass method.In the rolling process,a lot of rolling through a roll pass,and also the role of high temperature,high load,high speed,the pass will wear.Practice has proved that the roll wear not only undermine the roll surface shape and the deterioration of the roller surface quality,but also to the quality control rolling also brought many difficulties.So the law of the roll wear analysis and research for the control of rolling dimensional accuracy and surface quality,and increase roll efficiency,extend the service life of the rolls has a very important economic value and social benefits.This paper introduces the basic principles of rolling,roll force analysis,described in detail the basic principles of heat transfer,thermal differential equations and boundary conditions,according to the theory of linear thermal stress,the thermal strain and thermal stress and thermal expression equilibrium equations,the establishment of a thermal coupling of the finite element formulation.A detailed analysis of temperature and stress field rolls to determine the physical and boundary conditions roll.Established for the roll temperature field finite element model for stress analysis and field analysis of roll-rolling multi-body contact model.ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field,thermal stress field coupling roll,got the roll surface and inner radial temperature stress cloud,temperature versus time,the stress on the roller circumferential surface of the distribution curve results.Finally,the paper analyzes the wear mechanism of rolls,the establishment of a rolling process,the relative sliding distance model rolls and rolling,combined with shop floor actual wear using Archard wear model to calculate the rough rolling first one mill ductile iron roll and between low-carbon steel rolling wear coefficient.
