Some novel Cu(I) complexes all containing N-donor heterocycles and or phosphine ligand have been synthesized. These N-donor heterocycles ligands include 4'-phenyl-2,2';6',2"-terpvridine(4'-Ph-terpy)> pyrimidine(pym). The Phospine ligand is 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)benzene(dppb) > triphenylphosphine. The complexes are [Cu Odppb)(MeCN)2pF4)2 C1)' ^ [Cu(4'-Ph-terpy)(PPh3)2]BF4 (2), [Cu2(SCN)2(u-pym)] oo(3). Those complexes have been characterized by elementary analysis, infrared spectroscopic analysis, ultra-violet and visible spectroscopic analysis, luminescence spectroscopic analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction.Complex 1 is known as dimmers whose two metal centers are bridged by two dinucleus ligand dppb. 2 is a unusual five-coordinate complex. Complex 3 is there-dimensional coordinational network who is constructed from (CuSCN) x layers linked in a herringbone fashion by the bridging N-donor liangd pym.The complex [Cu (u-dppb)(MeCN)2^BF4)2 (1) crystallizes hi the triclinic space group PI, with a=1.0650(6)nm, b=1.6334(9)nm, c=2.0905(ll)nm, a=71.388(10)? p = 86.039(10) ? 7=71.841(9)? Z=4. The crystal structure of Ishows the copper atom coordinates with two nitrogen atoms of acetonitrile and a pair of bridging dppb ligands hi a distorted-tetrahedron to form big cyclic structure, two copper atoms being located at two sides of the plane, thus the cycle is obtained as the chair-form configuration. The complex [Cu(4'-Ph-terpy)(PPli3)2]BF4(2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Pn, with a=10.807(6)A, b= 10.943(6)A, c=21.610(12)A ,
