| The thesis has studied the theory and new methods concerning simulating methanol process and its control system taking the natural gas as raw materials and thesis has studied the dynamic or steady state characteristics of the equipments such as compresses, reactors, distillation etc, and has drawn the'curves of distributing components and dynamic responds with VB, MATLAB and DESIGN II etc. It has predicted the equilibrium constant of vapor liquid concerning non-ideal system with ANN, and also has included what author participated in simulating the operator interface of field bus control system of the equipment.
