Simulation technology is with a new method of the gradual formation of the development of computer technology and communication technology, a kind of test research and simulation technology after more than half a century of development, from the study of simple system to now become a powerful tool for people to study complex system. Among them, the semi physical s imulation is a kind of more extensive simulation technology in the engineering field. It is a kind of experiment which is used in the computer simulation loop, so it is more close to the actual situation. The simulation results of the system parameters are of guiding significance to the physical test, which reduces the probability of equipment damage in the test process.This paper regard injection molding machine as the control object, controller of the domestic and overseas research complex system researc h and test technology, process control simulation and interdisciplinary joint modeling and simulation as the foundation, the design of plastic injection machine control system hardware in the loop simulation platform, is used in the test of injection molding machine controller and of the injection molding machine control algorithm is studied.The software part of the injection molding machine with professional mechanical hydraulic AMESim software and mathematical model of modeling software MATLAB, AMESim as special modeling software has a large number of experts model, can make the engineering personnel quickly establishing mechanical hydraulic model, MATLAB can cannot be realized by the AMESim model is established, and through the interface technology toget her, the two can complement each other in the modeling. Using virtual experiment instrument LabVIEW to write the simulation interface and the man-machine interface of the injection molding machine. Hardware used NI sb9632 control acquisition platform as a prototype controller. The control core of the control and data acquisition platform is a real-time chip and high-performance field programmable gate arrays, the control platform of the structure to run complex control algorithm, and at the same time it has a high speed interface function. Studied hydraulic modeling and mathematical modeling technique, through the injection molding machine system is established through the analysis of the injection molding machine model, the design of the software co simulat ion interface program, designed to modify the parameters and real-time monitoring of the man-machine interface.Finally, experiments are designed to test the two algorithms of single neuron PID and piecewise PID in the injection molding machine clamping me chanism and the barrel, and the test results are analyzed. Prove the feasibility of using the semi physical simulation platform to develop the controller of the injection molding machine.
