Research On Dynamic Model And Dynamic Characteristic Of Vertical Axis Road-header

This paper is a part of " Research on Critical Technology When Road-header Works " (the key project of the pre-Coal Department) . based on the analysis of the dynamics of the vertical axis road-header, mechanics model and mathematic model are set up by considering the elastic. "ibrations of body machine, cantilever, cutting head when it's working. As the Vertical road-header is example, its intrinsic vibration behaviors are investigated and simulated by computer.This paper started from motion analyzes of the vertical road-header ,and researched the load characteristic , then analyzed the dynamic properties of the machine, which finds out the basic reasons caused the vibration when it is cutting the coal bed, also provides the efficient method and foundation for modifying construction and working characteristics.
