In this study, through the analyse of the raad-header's kinematics ,Using Pro- engineer mechanism dynamic emulation and engineer analyse technology , establish the three dimension model of pawl machine at the same time simulate and emulation kinematics characteristic of it.at the different rotate speed, analyzing and comparing the curve of track, speed and accelerate.Using genetic algorithm and MATLAB computer programme optimize design to the pawl machine according to between border upon point the load's diversification quantity qua sign function From the degree of the kinematics and dynamic establish optimize mathematics model,And comparing and analysing between the original design parameter and optimize resolute .consequently hild the pawl loading machine's kinematics characteristic and load diversification characteristic, Moreover through similarity experiment reasoning the result of optimize design ,This paper ,the studying at the kinematics analyseing of the road-header'spawl loading machine and optimize design is estimateing the pawl loading machin's design project and offer one availability measure and study method for improving loading machine's capacity , offer one theory thereunder for studying and designing the pawl loading machine of road-header .
