Computer models for the simulation of microstructure development during hot rolling have been in active development. The paper describes microstructure development of WL510 during heating and hotrolling and provides corresponding model based on hot simulation tests. There are 3 main groups of simulating tests. First, the specimens are heated to the temperature of 1150, 1200 and 1250 to determine the grain size of austenite. Then , at temperature of 900,1000,1050,1150, carry out single-and double- hit compression tests, to determine the degree of recrystallization by Stress-Strain Curve. Some of the specimens are quenched and the grain sizes of austenite are determinedWe established the following models by the tests, the model of grain growth during heating, the model of dynamic recrystallization, the model of static recrystallization, the model of grain size after rolling. The results of the models are in accordance to the practice-...
