Since its advantage, the processes for chlorinated methane have the most important place in the world. Using the process of methanol method whose knowledge copyright is owned by LuZhou North Chemical industry Ltd., the quality of product has reached international level.The core of the process of methanol method is the heat chlorination of monochloromethane. Because The reactor for heat chlorination characterize nonlinearity, indefiniteness, time-invariant, delay lag and multivariable coupled and reaction medium is corrodent and poisonous material, the research on its model has not matured and model which is used for real time control has not appeared. The reactor for heat chlorination is controlled by hands. So, control precision is poor, process parameter cannot be optimized equipment is corrodeThis design put forward the controlling thought, that is, using the real time expert control system to control heat chlorination reaction. First of all, it analyzed the difficulties and characteristics on the control of the processes for methane method, and pointed out that expert control is an effective method of the process of methanol method control; it studies the real time expert system facing heat chlorination reaction and the theory of intelligent control; put forward the artificial intelligent expert control tactic of heat chlorination reaction; it analyzed the feature of the reaction process of the heat chlorination of monochloromethane, process conditionand preferred, designed and framed the artificial intelligent expert control system of the heat chlorination of monochloromethane process and gave the live controlling effect.
