Object-Oriented-Based Expert Systems Apply Rolling Project

The aim of this paper is that gathering and analyzing balance data acquired from wire rod mill of XinZhaSteel plant of AnShan Iron&Steel Group Complex.It granded total the control law and engineer's knowledge and experience, revealed the control measure of man-machine coordination but the core is man; and used the control measure in practice to increase the dynamic balance between the BF and Roll-Machine,reduced expenditure of oil and idle ratio of Roll-Machine,upgraded product profit.In this paper, at first ,it introduces the concept of expert control system;at second it introduces the shortcoming of classicala System-Analyzing and System-Designing and introduces a new and popular analyzing method of modeling: Object-Oriented(OO).By means of Object-Oriented-Analyzing(OOA) and Object-Oriented-Design(OOD),it establisheds a module of Process-Control-Syetem and used UML to established a module of Real-Time-DataBase(RTDB).It explicates the necessary and sufficient condition, show dominance to establish the model.The expert control system of Basing RTDB Based to make forward infernce. It builds a rule-Class and a fact-Class and so others.by thses classes ,you can manage the system to increase and reduce operation.Through a new algorithm, it realizes the updation of the knowledge library of the control expert system, realizes the control of BF.At last, using VisualC++ and MFC ,It builds a simulate program and simulats and shows that it is validity.
