In this paper,we obtain the several lower natural frequencies and natural modals by measure and analysis the dynamic characteristic of a wood MC-AUTHOR503,and research the vibration characteristic in wood cutting process. Also we distinguish the vibration vulnerable area of AUTHOR503 by a fuzzy method given in this paper. On the base of sensitivity analysis,we find the optimal modification directions and reanalysis the dynamic characteristic of modified structure by perturbation-iteration method. Finally,a dynamic optimal computer program has been established with the aim of frequency. Through the calculation,it reveals that this program and the method are steady and the result may be the reference for AUTHOR503 to modify. By the research,we have found a new dynamic optimal method and also we hope to discovery the rules for the design of wood machinery in the future.
