There have a great deal of money and labours been spent on the development of equipment for the plant-fiber packaging product in the world. Some Europe countries and American have seen their edge in this technique, however, China are supposed to be chasing her counterpart closely and constantly, and now China has developed some equipment which are adapted to her requirement.In present time, there are still many problems in this technique such as product's high price, unstable quality, small scale production, so it is necessary to develop more automatic, more effective, more stable and lower costly equipment.In this paper, the manufacturing process of raw material is analyzed at first, followed by the classification of plant fiber and the effect of raw quality to product. Based on theory and practice of the manufacturing process of raw material, the request of product's quality for fiber-process is discussed. In the heating process of fiber product, the temperature distribution of mold has very important effect on products, so it has been analyzed before the manufacture of molds. /Miter the devisal of mold, the adjustment of heating time has been studied.Secondly, the machine system (taking the typl of ZMC-1.5Q for example) is analyzed, which includes analysis of pneumatic system and mold moving system. According to the technique request of pulp-mold produce line, the pneumatic system has been analyzed by the way of signal-action state graph.In the end, the automatic control system has been studied and designed. PLC, with its relative hardware, is choosed as main controller. This system includes functions such as pneumatic system control and fuzzy control.In the conclusion, this paper has profounded a typl of equipment for the pulp-mold fastfood container, which could be considered of having the ability to maintain production > assure high product quality and operate flexibly.
