With the improvement of market economy and prosperity,the application of injection molds more and more widely,the market demand gradually increased,and the quality of injection molds are more stringent requirements.At present,the injection mold gradually toward the multi-functional,high precision,automation direction.However,in the actual production of molds,mainly faced with four technical problems: mold high precision,simplification of the production cycle,the structure of the optimal design,mold injection process parameters optimization design.In this paper,combined with the actual engineering requirements,drawing on the theory of injection molding,the design and optimization of the injection mold of plastic container plastic frame are carried out,and the injection parameters are numerically analyzed and optimized by Moldflow software.Firstly,the principle of injection molding is described in detail,including the forming principle of injection molding machine,injection molding process and injection molding process parameters.The composition of injection mold is introduced,and the design process of injection mold is introduced,including the design process of injection mold.Secondly,the paper analyzes the structure of the plastic frame structure of the beverage container,determines the cavity number and the mold opening direction of the plastic frame of the beverage container,and determines the selection design of the plastic injection molding machine of the beverage container,and expounds the main contents and processes of the pouring system.The design process of the injection mold part of the beverage container plastic frame,including the design of the parting surface,the design of the core and the cavity,the design of the slide body,the design of the flow path,Design,design of the cooling system,design of the ejection system,design of the exhaust system,design of the hot runner system and design of the other ancillary systems,and assembling the designed systems to obtain the overall assembly drawing of the mold.At last,the paper analyzes the injection molding process,analyzes the Moldflow and its numerical analysis process of the numerical simulation software of the injection mold.The paper introduces the numerical simulation pre-processing,including the introduction,meshing,material selection and process parameter setting process of the injection mold model,The numerical simulation analysis and post-processing of the injection molding process of the plastic mold of the beverage container were carried out,including the flow analysis,the cooling analysis and the warping analysis.The injection mold model and the grid were carried out according to the numerical analysis results of the injection mold of the plastic container plastic frame And the cooling process and the warping process were optimized.The research results of this paper have some reference and reference value for the research of mold forming.In addition,through the research of this subject,the related technical problems are overcome,the production process of the injection mold is optimized,and the production quality and efficiency are improved.
