The Investigation Of A New Process Of The Non-uniform Granular Urea Based Compound Fertilizer Granulated By Fluidized Bed

The concept of non-uniform compound fertilizer is first devoted in this article. On the base of the concept,a new process of manufacturing the non-uniform granular urea based compound fertilizer by fluidized bed is developed. The non-uniform compound fertilizer means that it may be different the ratio of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P2O5) and potassium(K2O) in a single particle or among particles,but for some amount of the product the difference is not exist.After experiments on congruences between urea and several other raw materials,such as mono-ammonium phosphate(MAP),di-ammonium phosphate(DAP),single super phosphate(SSP),triple super phosphate(TSP),potassium chloride(KCl),potassium sulfate(K2S04),it is investigated in detail the influence of the temperature and flux of fluidization air,the mode of melted urea liquor sprayer fixed,the amount and original shape of the fluidization granulation nuclei,the atomization of the melted urea liquor upon-the procedure of granulation and the quality of product.Through times of experiments, it is proved that the producing of the non-uniform granular urea based compound fertilizer by fluidized bed is feasible.
