Compound Fertilizer Industry is a prospective industry in China through analysizing the development and market of Compound Fertilizer all over the world. China is a large-scale agriculture country, and Heilongjiang Province is a large and important green agricultural base in China. So it is necessary and extreme important to analysize the production and optimization of Compound Fertilizer in detail. Joining the WTO, Nation will protect fertilizer for five years, the import of NPK Compound Fertilizer is 270 tons, rate of import will increase 5% for each year. Five years later, it will be permitted for foreign businessman to sale and wholesale fertilizer in China. At that time, the economic scale NPK Compound Fertilizer with hign level and low consumption and product with hign quality will play a important role in competition of economic world market.This paper introduce the supply and demand of compound fertilizer in Heilongjiang in detail, it talks about the difference of soil structure and specification of crop which has special requirement to fertilizer,provide the market demand status for Compound Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer with mico-nutrition according to different crop in different soil with different requirment to nutrition of compound fertilizer. It talks over the construction investment, process choose, key equipments including the size of import machines , raw materials which should be choosed and make sure where can get, cost and so on in large scale compound fertilizer plants of China.Granulation princle of Urea-MAP system and Urea- Superphosphate system have been reseached.There are three technology corporations HOFUNQ KALTENBACH ?THURING, INCRO transferring their technological know-how in China.The paper introduces these technologies and corporation's references all over the world, compares and analysizes the process technology economic targets completely, and provides some modificatory suggestion for unreasonable point. Urea-based compound fertilizer granulation will meet the requirement of Heilongjiang NPK plants. It suggests optimizing equipments and the maximum profit, NPK plant should rely on scientific research institutions.
