A Study On Corrugated Carton Intensity And Tomato's Preservation Using The Carton

With the productivity development and the people s living standard improvement ;with the economy progress and technology development,using corrugated carton to package goods are more popular,many people are studying how to use the corrugated carton better in packaging application.In this paper,introduce 7 types carton box of FEFCO,you also can find 3 major carton box production methods,we also introduce some new corrugated carton,the high intensity corrugated board,fresh keeping corrugated board,fireproofing corrugated board. We study the carton intensity of pressure and what will affect the pressure. Such as the type of box ,carton perimeter,the ratio of length to wide,carton high,raw paper,the type of corrugated board,store condition,environment humidity,carton printing,hole position,goods in the carton box etc. We also study the carton pressure of stack.,calculate how many layer we can pile and how to make it safety. In order to improve the performance,we should choose right corrugated board & box type,to do some special work in the box surface,(such as waterproof) control manufacture process etc.We also study to use the carton to preserve the tomato,using the carton,can obviously reduce the breath strength,postpone the breath peak ,keep the hardness,reduce the relative conductance,postpone the total sugar increasing,postpone the total acid reducing,keep the Vc content,so can effectively keep the tomato freshness.
