Mass fly ash which is produced by coal combustion power plant has badly polluted entironment and wasted resource. With the development of society and economy, people have become thinking highly of environment protection. The resourceful utilization of fly ash has become the important part of continuous development strategic practice and solving the contradiction among energy, environment and economy development. In this paper, the principle of .fly ash static doffing charcoal has been brought forward. That is: using some measure and making charcoal grain and abio-ash grain of fly ash carry isomerism charge before they enter into static electric field. Then, the charcoal are separated at the action of high voltage static electric force. Hereby, this paper designed a fly ash doffing charcoal experimental installation which can disposed 0.18kg fly ash among one hour. This installation is composed of material feeder, implement of friction and decentralization, high voltage static separator, implement of grain collecting, wind pipe, windmachine. The beginning experiment shows: after disposed by this installation, the doffmg-charcoal rate of original fly ash can achieve 29%. At the same time, based on the circulating test, the possible benefit about this set are estimated. The result shows: this installation can produce much economy benefit, society benefit, and environment benefit.Establish and operation of this installation is an available experiment of new approach about fly ash resourceful utilization. It may be hopefully to make use of this installation to empolder a brief and effective fly ash resourceful utilization new technology.
