Study On The Process Of The Sludge Incineration In Stuttgart Wastewater Treatment Plant

On the base of summarizing the sludge incineration technology transforming in Stuttgart Wastewater Treatment Plant, this thesis comprehensively researches the sludge character that influencing the sludge incineration.To begin with, this thesis briefly summarizes the resource of the sludge and the sludge treatment technology, pointing out that the sludge incineration is the guide of the sludge treatment method. Secondly, summarizes the change of the incineration devices and analyses the real reason of the change. To analyzing the sludge character carefully, success in finding out the influence on the incineration character by the sludge. In addition, special formulas were set up to showing the relationship between the components of the sludge and the sludge heat value. Some important parameters were discussed to finding out the optimum operation value that limits the dangerous materials of the off gas to the least. Finally, a program can be used to calculate the incineration temperature and the flue gas quantity. It is use for practical experience.
