The coal debris avalanche angle Ψ, the main factor of the rate of block coal and the design method of general forming die of spiral leaf are studied in the dissertation. The shearer mechanism CAD system has been designed and has been applied to design and production, which has made the good result. The load coal phenomenon with pushing and squeezing is discussed on the theory of loosed material mechanics. The primary influence factors of load performance are analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures have been put forward. Examined by practice, the conclusion of this dissertation is feasible.
