| This paper introduces the comprehensive test technique in the operation of Computer NumericaJ Control system including purpose, meaning, constitution, theory of the test instrument and deep research . Due to the inaccuracy in the counting of the signal result and the bad wave in the instrument which is already in production, new measures must be taken for improvement to make the test data more rel iable. Especially, we must conquer the problem in filter through finding a new filter circuit to gain high quality signal wave so that we can improve the ability of adaptation, correct counting, reliability and avoiding disturb. According to the feed back signals from the photoelectric encoder, we use a new filter method including analog, digital and software filter. Then we make mathematics models, make software , compare all kinds of filter theories using MATLAB as simulation tool. At last it turns out to be satisfactory operation through much experiment, setting adaptive data and the result analysis. On the other hand, as it is loaded down with trivial details when doing experiment and test with CNC, we design and make a digital differential interpolation. It' s used as a pulse producer afford pulse signals interpolating lines and circles as the same as the feed back of CNC. It consists of more CPU(8031), which is agility and simple to make program. We simpled the test progress and improve the measure of experiment. |
