D-ribose, which is important for physiology, can be made into VB2, flavor agent and various nucleic acid medical. In the recent years, with the development of D-ribose fermentation, the process of separation and purification of D-ribose had been very important aspect in research. On the basis of the ferment system of microbe, this paper studied the the process of separation and purification of D-ribose in the fermentation broth.In this paper, fermentation discolored by active carbon firstly; and secondly, desalinated by ion-exchange resin; removed proteins by polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane thirdly; finally, acquired D-ribose by crystal. The object matter as follows:l,The technology and expression of adsorbent decolorization of fermented broth for production of D-ribose was studied, which was measured easily and correctly and expounded the computation methods on technology of the adsorbent decolorization of fermented broth. The optimum technologies of the adsorbent decolorization of fermented broth by active carbon were adsorbent time 30 min, temperature 50 C and pH 3.5. Adsorption isotherm and the corresponding equation were obtained, of which kind was type-L.2,The influential factors of active carbon discoloration influenced by organic solvent and the corresponding changing discipline had been studied. The corresponding adsorption isotherm, Q=1870C2/(1+48.5C2), had been established. The optimum conditions were chosen as follows: pH=3.5, T=40-50 C, and stirring time: 30min.3, Removed anions and cations by 201+7 anion exchange resin and 001 x4 cation exchange resin, and the desalination technology in D-ribose fermented broth was studied.The maximal recovery ratio of D-ribose can be get after rinsing desalinated resin by using deionized water that is 2.5 times ferment broth volume, conductance radio can be decreased to 759us/cm, salinity 0.5 ppt,and the recovery ratio of D-ribose achieved 80% above.4, The adsorption isotherm of ion-exchange resin discoloration was conformed and the unit model which active carbon combine with ion-exchange resin discoloration was made .By computing this model, the optimal process conditions were established, and the theories and technic for reducing separating charge in the industrialized production were provided.5, Removed proteins in the fermented broth by polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane were studied, and the effects of membrane surface characteristic on the degree of proteins deprivation was studied.It was a good operation that entrap the proteins of D-ribose ferment broth by using membrane separation. When the ferment broth pH 5.5-6.5 and ethanol concentration 15%,the protein entrapment ratio achieved 90%.6, Separated D-ribose by the reactive crystallizing was studied preliminary, and the condensing crystallizing for extract D-ribose was compared, and put forward the study direction in the future.
