Especially for the ultrafiltration process,the exploration of membrane fouling mechanism and the development of new methods to curb membrane fouling have become the focus of attention within the ultrafiltration category.Taking the treatment of polymer ultrafiltration membrane as the basic point and solving the pollution of ultrafiltration membrane as the starting point,this paper adopts the treatment methods of immersion erosion,immersion erosion-320 mesh roller rolling and immersion erosion-220 mesh roller rolling to prepare EVAL ultrafiltration membrane with different roughness.SEM and AFM were used to characterize the membrane surface treated by different methods.The results showed that the immersion erosion-roller rolling method was effective in changing the roughness of the membrane surface,and the roughness showed an increasing trend compared with the base membrane.The cross section morphology of the membrane was observed by SEM,and the porosity and interception of the film were measured.The results showed that the surface topography of the membrane could be changed by the method of immersion erosion-roller rolling,but the original asymmetric structure of the membrane could not be changed.By measuring the static contact angle of the membrane prepared by different treatment methods and calculating the pure water flux,the results showed that the physical modification method of the membrane surface increased the affinity to water molecules,but also caused differences among them,which indicated that the two factors affecting the hydrophilicity of the membrane when the mesh number of rollers were changed.In order to further investigate immersion erosion-roller rolling operation for the influence of membrane fouling,selection of bovine serum albumin(BSA)as ultrafiltration membrane separation characteristics and stain resistance of the system,through the experiment of static pollution and dynamic filter,compares the pollution of the membrane surface before and after the introduction of pollutants form,contact angle and flux changes,then measured the several kinds of membrane flux recovery rate,total pollution index,reversible pollution index and irreversible pollution index,found that :The immersion erosion –roller rolling operation gave the membrane surface a unique roughness structure,which significantly reduced the BSA adsorption.According to the electron micrograph,the adsorption BSA on the surface of the 320 mesh roller rolling membrane was the lowest.In membrane.Based on some study the research method of ultrafiltration membrane biological pollution,at the beginning of the experiment primary work of e.coli suspension was prepared,through static biological membrane fouling,dynamic filtration permeation flux experimental train of thought,this paper mainly discusses biological bacteria,solution impurities on the membrane surface adsorption and biological pollution impact on membrane flux decline two aspects,the former using scanning electron microscope and laser confocal microscope directly observed,the results showed that 220 mesh roll membrane contributed to the membrane surface adsorption of bacteria,the same membrane area appeared in the scene of filamentous bacteria more long,The fluorescence region under the laser confocal microscope showed that the amount of pollutant adsorbed by the 320 mesh roller membrane was the least,and the surface structure remained clear.Because the immersion erosion-roller rolling morphology has reduced adsorption of antibacterial ability,dynamic filtration experiments showed that 320 mesh roller rolling membrane of e.coli diluent permeate flux,the largest of 25 ° C 91% of the pure water flux,this shows that erosion-roll processing to reduce the bacterial adsorption and clean Angle effect.
