Study On Network Remote Monitor Technology Of Open-NC System Based On Windows

In this paper it is researched and searched that the network remote monitor technology is applied to the open architecture NC system based on Windows and with three-axes blocking, the system had been finished to develop by our university. The main content of the research include: using Ethernet technology to built up a network remote monitor system and applying it on Open-NC system. This system use server/client pattern to establish the network remote monitor platform; and adopt Windows Socket network programming technology based on MFC, Multi-Thread programming technology and use VC++6.0 as the programming environment, to design server and client application programs for the network remote monitor system based on Open-NC system. The application programs possess multitask function, and can transport various basic files at the same time, can realize monitoring of remote screen, sending system message and recording basic operations of the system. Moreover, the application system is based on Windows platform, so it is very easy to learn and use. In the round the application programs embody the Windows interface style and keep to Windows operation criterion. Results of the debugging indicate that the network remote monitor system can realize network communication function, data exchange and remote monitor function between server and client of the NC system.For develop and research on network remote monitor system based on Open-NC system, it may give a simple and cheapness technique precept that the system is successfully exploited. This technology possess certain reference values to upgrade and innovate of Open-NC system.
