The paper introduces the oilfield flooding simulation and CSCW theory in application and development. Considered the present flooding situation and the limitations of oilfield flooding pipe net modeling, the theory of CSCW is researched and the combination of modeling and CSCW is analyzed, then oilfield flooding distributed cooperation modeling system (OFDCM) is built. A kind of practical technology and tool can be provided for the engineering of oilfield. My study chiefly includes: 1.Making the tentative design and the theoretical research; 2.Building the communication and data servers; 3.Programming the client software and realizing the modeling of different places; 4.Testing the practicality and reliability of theory and technology in reality.According to the system, the integral structure of OFDCM is adopted three-tier client/server, the part structure is adopted two-tier client/server. The change of data format is realized by programming and the transmission of data throughout net is realized by socket connecting. The mixed system structure is used to realize the synchronous and asynchronous cooperation model. The firewall technology is used to protect the system security. The OFDCM system realizes the system management, data file management, modeling of graph and exchange online.Tested on local area network and Internet, this system can realize the remote distributed cooperation works, and is practical and reliable.
