Large hydraulic machine service is the producing base of the mine enterprise. The right working of large hydraulic machine is the key of mine enterprise' safe production. Therefore it is necessary for mine enterprise to monitor machine service's state with advanced technology. In terms of the reality conditions in Kailin Co., this thesis researches on the Ferrogram application technology and has got expected results on the TORO400E hydraulic system.Based on the traditional oil Ferrogram monitoring and diagnosis technology and in allusion to TORO400E's characteristic and its ordinary faults, combining the wear invalidation mechanism with the up-to-date theories in the world, this thesis puts forward the basic frame of the state monitoring and diagnosis of TORO400E and has established the Ferrogram database of ordinary faults. Moreover, thanks to the wonderful computer image manipulation technique, this thesis sets up the picture-matching method based on the the pictures' viscera, and thus greatly improves the Ferrogram application technology and widely promotes its use in practice.The following works have also been done in this thesis: the combination of advanced instrument and software makes an integrated, high efficiency, convenient and applicable monitor and diagnose system for TORO400E; it has established the perfect ferrogram database for TORO400E, and the open database is easy for each monitored one to set up the special database and to improve the accuracy of monitoring and diagnosing; as an illustration, this thesis offers a practical example over TORO400E state monitoring of Kailin Group, and sums up the economic and social benefits after this system has been applied.
