The content of this paper is an important part of "major science and technology research projects of jincheng coal group in Shanxi Province-the reconstruction project of a mine main drainage system in the +350 east". It is based on the current situation that the fault of drainage device has continuously happened, the monitoring reliability is poor and the diagnostic function is imperfect in the mine main drainage system. Being an important part of the coal mine safety production system, the main mine drainage system is the main measures to reduce flood occurrence probability, and its normal operation has a direct impact on the whole of the mine production safety. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the reliability of the main mine drainage system. However, currently, the automatics of most of the drainage system in the coal mine behaves quite low, and the underground drainage is still mainly by manual control. Expert experience has been relied on in the online monitoring system of the main mine drainage system, which result in lack of ability in state parameter gathering real-time and system emergency.In addition, the lack of on-line detection and fault diagnosis function raised the possibility of failure, and narrowed the production safety of the coal mine.Therefore the paper developed a set of system of state monitoring and fault diagnosis software for main drainage device in coal mine based on monitoring system of main drainage for coal mine,then the upper machine accomplishd on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis function based on Lab VIEW software.Through consulting a large number of topics related literature,it did the on-the-spot investigation on the usage of main drainage system for coal mine, determining the structure and function of system of state monitoring and fault diagnosis software. Main research contents are as follows:This paper analyzes the common fault and fault mechanism of mine main drainage device, which can reflect the target parameters determined for mine drainage device status, the overall framework of state monitoring and fault diagnosis was determined.This paper studied the signal processing technology and fault diagnosis technology, combined with the fault diagnosis of the system requirements. Mine drainage equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology development scheme was established:Using time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis techniques, the collected temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and other parameters are analyzed. The vibration signal extraction and the collected fault characteristic frequency, using BP neural network for fault diagnosis of mine main drainage device. According to the overall requirements of diagnosis system and combined with the characteristics of hardware. The overall structure and the technical scheme of the software to determine:Using Lab VIEW as the software development platform of the system, design the state parameter acquisition program, data processing program, spectrum analysis procedures, data storage and query program, fault diagnosis program, man-machine interface program, realize the state monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine main drainage device.By building the fault experimental platform in the laboratory, and the installation of the corresponding sensor faults in motors, together with the automatic monitoring system of mine main drainage PLC control cabinet collected experimental data, the state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for software debugging, optimization of the PC software. Experiments show that the system is stable in operation, data acquisition, real-time, accurate, reliable diagnosis results, the whole system runs stable, indicators meet the design requirements.
