City refuse landfill site percolate contains a complex organic pollutant component. It is high in CODcr & BOD5 and NH3-N is exceed 5000mg/L in most cases, so dose the heavy metal content, which is often 3-10times more than common sewage. Percolate sampled in liulitun city refuse landfill site of Beijing is pretreated by using coagulation, and. absorption In that process, we use 200mg/L FeCl3 as coagulant, whose effect is better than ALt(SO4)3 by comparison. CaO is also used as sedimentation aid reagent and 1.0% active carbon as sorbent The effect shows that CODcr removal rate of pretreated percolate is 30%, NH3-N removal rate is 21. 0% and BOD 5removal rate is 28. 6%.Mixed culture then is immobilized and different performance by using Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and Sodium aljinate as embedding medium is also studied. The result shows that 9%PVA can immobilize the Photosynthetic bacteria effectively, keeping relatively high physiological activity. Next, the optimum immobilization condition and parameters are determined. Finally the percolate is treated organically by using immobilized PSB-SBR method; we also choose the best operation and condition combination. The result shows that when water settle time is 72hours, CODcr input concentration is 8308mg/L, BOD5 input concentration is 2504mg/L, NH3-Ninput concentration is 1446mg/mL, sulfide input concentration is 8.0mg/mL, percolate CODcr removal rate is 82.6%, NH3-Nremoval rate is 98.6%, BOD5 removal rate is 79. 7% and removal sulfide rate is 97. 5% by using SBR.
