| This paper has researched on the precision-grinding technics of Al2O3 ceramic femoral head for artificial partial hip joint, providing some academic reference and applied result for the diffcult problem of Al2O3 ceramic machining process internal.At first, during the process of Al2O3 ceramic sintering and preparation, Al2O3 ceramic has been pre-calcining and sintering with strict temperature rising pace under normal pressure, obtaining pure Al2O3 ceramic for further precision-grinding, assuring the material characters of artificial joint.This paper has researched the mechanism of precision-grinding and ELID-grinding, resolving the passivation problem of diamond when it grinds, which makes the defect of ceramic surface. Applying the method of ELID-grinding, with electrolyte and liquid of grinding, the grinding wheel based on cast iron is electrolyzed and cooled during the whole grind process. It can make the grinding wheel to hold the good state of grinding, which machines Al2O3 ceramic to the mirror face.Having researched on the mechanism of ELID-grinding, designed a suit of grinder for Al2O3 ceramic femoral head for artificial partial hip joint and the process of precision-grinding. On this basic, confirmed the structure, basis and combo of the grinder. Also researched the relation between the granularity and thickness of diamond and the surface rugosity.Having designed a mechanical system for the grinder of Al2O3 ceramic femoral head for artificial partial hip joint. This system can machine the series of 028~032 artificial partial hip joint from crude grinding to polishing. After grinded, the surface rugosity can reach Ra0.l, providing the technical support of industrialization of internal ceramic artificial joint. |
