Research And Design Of Servo Feed-system Of NC Bearing Internal Grinding Machine

Bearing industry is a basement of mechanical and electronical industry, Bearings have been list in one of eleven kinds products which are special attented. The development of bearing industry has been restricted by equipments and technologies for a long time and couldn't be satisfied with mechanical industry. Bearing internal grinding machines are the representation of bearing manufacture equipments. The cross short rollers guide way and servo feed-system are the most important parts of 3MZ204CNC bearing internal grinding machine made by Luoyany bearing research institute.-We have analysised firstly the factor of influence with roller guide way rigid, and we have obtained a load-distortion curve. We also have analysised the dominating factors influence with distinguish ratio of guide way, and we have obtained a solution about pre-tighted load which were tested by experiments. Then we have studied the servo feed-system and built up a servo feed-system math model, and get hold of its transfer function. We have analysised servo feed-system's characteristic and system main factors of influences with system dynamic characteristic. At last, the whole design of guide way and servo feed-system include mechanical and electrical system,hard department and soft ware are completed.
