It is an important process to separate liquid from liquid and solid in the productive process of chemical and pharmaceutical industry.The level of separation technology has an effect directly on the quantity and the productivity of medicine and chemical reagents.This paper introduces the development and the reserch of mechnical separation technology and the design of structure of mechanical arm and hardware and softwar in detail.According to the spot situation of pharmaceutical production , the mechanitronics set of sucking liquid mechonical arm controlled by the core with 89c52 ( single chip microcomputer ) and FC ( Fuzzy controller ) is designed.The paper designs the mechanical set of sucking liquid , the control circuit of hardware and all those programs .The paper also presents a new method to find out the integral separation parameter ki on line in order to reduce steady state error .The simulation experiment is given and it gives out analyses and primany amelioration on the control accuracy.The experiment shows that the effective is better than conventional PID controllers and attains the expectant purpose and request of design.Zhang Yipu (Mechanical design and theory) Directed by prof.Han Qingyao Senior-Engineer Cui ze ying...
