In this literary adopt the pyrolusite for the oxidant to leach the manganese in the silver-manganese sulphurate concentrate with the sulphuric acid solution. Through experiments the optimal technological conditions is obtained. Under the conditions: sulphuric acid solution 4N; catalyst A 4N; rat between liquid and solid 3; the amount of pyrolusite 40% as much as silver-manganese concentrate; the temperature 90 degrees; and time 2 hours, the manganese dipping rat was above 98%, the silver dipping rat was up to 95% in the treatment that behind.Using the manganese spar as neutralizer to neutralize sulphuric acid and using MnO2 as oxidant to oxidize Fe2+ in the leaching silver-manganese ore solution. Under 80-90 degrees, 99.99% iron in the solution was precipitated by goethite. Under 60 degrees, add BaS and S.D.D 2g/L and mix one hour to get rid of the heavy metal. The total separation efficiency of Co is up to 97.19, and Ni is 99.84%, and Zn is 72.10%.Prepare manganese suphate by means of evaporation and concentration. Prepare manganese carbonate by using NH4HCO3 as precipitating agent, the manganese dipping rat is up to 99.98%. Products of quality achieve grade of one reference.
