Study On The Plan Of Ecological Restoration In Baizhuang Mining Area

This paper uses the relative theory of ecosystem ecology and industrial ecology to analyses compound ecology system and its ecological problems, then work out the plan of the ecology restoration in Baizhuang mining area, in the end, define the direction of Baizhuang mining area development in the future.The paper summary the index system of eco-environmental quality according to relative principles and regulations, then found a model to analyses eco-environmental problem, also appraise the eco-economic system according to industrial structure and the index system.On the basis of the appraise natural ecological system and eco-economical system to determine current eco-environmental problems in Baizhuang mining area, which is solid waster , waste water had not been used as resources ,atmosphere and noise pollution is very serious ,sunk ground influenced the production .Mining industry did not set up a systematic eco-industry lacking of mineral concentrating factory .To purpose the basic principle basic thread .basic goal and the content supported by the recycle economy ,then make electric power plant using attle and waste water disposing plant as the core factory .analyses how to set up the eco-industry in the Baizhuang mining area and do nine eco-industry chains to make up the web .To father solid waste .waste water .waste gas and the noise by found eco-industry factory ,at the same time to discharge the lest waste .There are seven projects which is comprehensive administer project of solid waster , administrator air pollution project .project applying coal-clean technology , administer project of waster water , administrator project of noise, ecological landscape construction project and comprehensive administer project of sunk ground to realize the goal of the plan ,and suggest construct eco-community in the living district .Baizhuang mining area will be constructed as eco-mining area by restoration of natural ecological system and the adjust of industry economy system by seven projects .
